'Cool Recovery' groups for people/carers living with or recovering from mental health issues meet the second Wednesday of month.
Informal social group for anyone with memory problems, and their carers meeting alternate Thursdays.
Last Thursday of each month, 2pm-3.30 pm. Singing is a great stress buster and also gives your lungs and grey matter a workout!
